I love this. Doing art regularly makes me more creative
I have enjoyed the different challenges. I did whatever l fancied and have not done them in order but you could. Whatever floats your boat. Doing something is better than doing.nothing. I surprised how hard l was willing to work to achieve a good result

Very relaxing
I bought this book as a treat for myself and honestly even though it’s a 365 day book I didn’t expect it to be as big as it is, it is filled with prompts and help throughout and offers very thought provoking pages. I have found this book to be very relaxing and I am always satisfied when I complete a page. Would definitely recommend to anyone of any age.

Break your inhibitions and enjoy yourself
Wanted something to help me get back into art and creativity. This is really good. I’m a bit old school in that you don’t scribble on a printed book, but this is easily overcome when you make your first marks. I have certainly found that you need to dive into this to get started but once you do it is well worth it. Love the exercise of putting smiley faces on yellow circles, made me smile.

Each page is different and just enough challenging to push the creativity to new levels. It has pushed me to use materials that I wouldn’t normally use. Looking forward to completing all the exercises.
