Great, small with a cover, has the functions I needed, at a very affordable price, very portable

This calculator is the absolute GOAT when it comes to engineering programs! As a former engineering student myself, I've been told we needed to use calculators for exams that weren't graphing calculators (because you could download the answers, especially if the calculator was one of the newer models) but something capable of performing scientific calculations. This one fit the bill, and for the incredibly low price that I bought this for, it's an absolute steal and must have for any high-school/college-aged student! It's very versatile in the sense that you can do so many calculations on this thing! It's seriously impressive! Not only that, but the calculator feels high quality and feels sturdy for the price you're paying. The text is also quite big, so you won't have trouble like you normally do when using the smaller calculators. The buttons don't stick and they're very responsive! Overall, this is the GOAT of scientific calculators and I couldn't recommend this enough! 10/10!

Thid is the second of these I have owned. The first one quit after more than 10 yrs. This is the only one I know of that can be used on state licensing exams so it is handy to have for any formal testing you might have coming up. SAT's, MCAT, Professional Licensure, etc. Very easy to use and reliable. The face cover snaps off the back where you can store it.

This is a must for any student taking mathematics. I had a more sophisticated model, and this is definitely an easier-to-learn model. I took a couple of lessons on Utube to learn how to use it; It doesn't take long to be confident with this excellent product. If I had discovered this model earlier, I could have saved myself some torment with a subject that has always been an enigma. This is the model recommended for SATs.

This calculator has some nice features. But for me, it lacks in ease of use. When I'm working problems, a common routine for me is to find the square root of a previous answer. On my little Cassio, I can do that with two key-strokes. On the TI, it's four strokes. Additionally, the shift key is located way up on the upper left portion of the keyboard. To get the previous answer, I first press this shift key and then have to reach down to the bottom right of the keyboard. On my Cassio, it's one key. Just not a handy situation, that grows old after lots of repititions.

This calculator has been such a dependable tool for school. It’s straightforward, durable, and does everything I need without being overly complicated. One thing I really like is the MultiView display. Being able to see expressions exactly how they’re written in a textbook — especially fractions and exponents — makes it much easier to catch mistakes before hitting enter. It feels more natural compared to older calculators that show everything in one long line. The buttons are responsive and well-spaced, so it’s comfortable to use during long study sessions. It handles scientific notation, trigonometry, fractions, and statistics without any issues. It’s also approved for many exams, which is a big plus. The build feels sturdy, and the battery life lasts a long time. If you need a reliable scientific calculator for math or science classes, this is a solid choice. It’s simple, accurate, and gets the job done without unnecessary distractions.

I bought this for a class my husband was taking and it works great. Screen is easy to see. Buttons are smooth and quiet when pressed. Fits in a pencil pocket in his binder.
