Can bg 44k platinum be safely used in a 2015 nissan quest?

Yes, pour it into your nearly empty gas tank before you refuel the car. I used it when I am taking a long trip so the system can clean up carbon build-up and other components in my engine.

My tank is full can I use it with a full tank of gas?
