It’s not a cure-all, but for fast, on-the-spot relief it’s genuinely brilliant. What I love most is how convenient it is. It’s small enough to live in a pocket, work bag, bedside drawer, or travel kit, and there’s no mess, no sprays, no leaking. Excellent product for clearing a stuffy nose. I can't use traditional cold remedies and I swear by this product! Was living in England where it was readily available and was so disappointed to not be able to purchase it in Canada. My local pharmacist checked it out for me a told me I was able to by it online, which I did. My brother suffers from chronic sinus problems and I sent him one. He found it helped a lot.
