This stuff really helps when a cold hits hard. Easy to make, just mix it in hot water and it goes down smooth with that lemon taste.Relief kicks in pretty quick, helps clear the nose and eases that heavy head feeling. It also takes the edge off a sore throat and fever which makes it easier to get through the day.Quality feels reliable and it does exactly what it promises. The box is not huge but for the price it is fair value and worth keeping around for the next cold season.

Difficult to find in shops. I prefer the simple Lem Sips like these, without the added ingredients in the newer version.

I've been using these for years and I much prefer them to Max Strength or blackcurrant flavour. My only criticism is the packaging did not prevent the box from being badly crushed, so the sachets could have been damaged.

Amazing, grew up drinking this in Australia when I was sick, nothing makes me feel better faster. So comforting and impossible to find in North America, thanks Amazon!

Very expensive but works like wonder

have been using this for years. one warm cup at night does the job perfectly. get good sleep after taking this and good as normal when you wake up the next day
