Great waist trainer for the price. It fits well, is comfortable to wear, and definitely did the trick when it came to sweating during workouts. With consistent use, I noticed a nice trimming effect around my waist area. Solid quality at a good price point, I’m very happy with this purchase.

First of all this Item is a must have in my opinion if your trying to shred belly fat. After reading all the great reviews i went ahead and bought 3 of these. One for father who is 6'0, 265 pounds, one for a friend of mine who is 5'4, 115 pounds and one for myself that that weighed 175 pounds (5'9). I was a little worried that the waist trimmer would not fit in my dad since he had a pretty big belly and my female friend who is short and has a small wait line. Not only that but I wasn't sure it was even going to work at all. After receiving my waist trimmers I tried it on myself and also on my female friend and it fit perfectly. It raps once over my body and have a good foot in a half left over. Its super comfortable even when running and working out. I love how it keeps my core warm and sweating throughout my work outs. It makes me sweat like crazy! And after using this product for about 3 months I have nothing bad to say about it. Now let me go back to my father . Like I said my father is a big guy with a big belly. With the help of myself and my dad we barely managed to wrap this waist trimmer around him. I had to assist my dad for about a week to put it on and with the waist trimmer looks a bit small on him since he has a big belly. But after changing my father's diet and working him out we both managed to lose some weight and now the belt is fitting better on my dad. To conclude, anybody who is average size or even with a decent size belly and want something comfortable that will help you shred belly fat this is a must. As long as you change your diet and work out using this waist trimmer you'll see results quick and for the price you really can't beat this!

OK, so I will be updating this every month or so (that is my plan anyway). I started using this on 10-21-2014. I am a 33 year old female and mother of 1. I measured my belly size and it is currently 44 inches. I weigh approximately 197 lbs. My stomach is definitely my problem area. I started walking earlier this summer. I am now combination fast walking/jogging 2.4 miles per day Mon-Fri (which I have done now 5 days per week since September 15, 2014). The jogging portion is a little over a mile. Then I go home and do around 250 crunches. I also lift free weights Mon - Thur. My diet is improving. I am great all day (small snacks of almonds, lunch oatmeal, etc.) but supper and the occasional cold beverage don't help. However, I feel with the change in diet and the exercise I should be losing weight. Well, I am not. I am the same weight as when I started! Seems a little ridiculous, I know! I have noticed some results like "firmer" areas. I also have a little "arched" area on my bicep which apparently means I have little tiny muscles now! Anyway, so I ordered this to help with my stomach. It definitely makes you sweat a lot more. I wear it when I walk/jog in the mornings and through the crunches so around 1 hour per day. It's easy to clean and easy to use. Nice quality as well. I'm just not sure if it's going to do anything so in 1 month I will come back and update my review with my results (hopefully dramatic)

edit dec 2024: Well. I don't use it much for the waist but surprisingly i found a new use for it that I never really expected. I've always wanted to try running but never could because my chest bounce too much (even with sports bra) and it's always just so uncomfortable and i hate how it looks. Well. I discovered instead of using this on my waist, i can wrap it around my chest over my sportsbra for a really tight compression and support (and since it's velcro and elastic, can adjust how tight i want it). And now i can run and jump around and the bouncing is WAY less! it's so much more comfortable now! I couldn't wear it over my workout clothes though as it can shift a bit more, so I usually wear it over my sportsbra and then my tshirt over it, but with the bottom folded under to soak up sweat (because this thing will still make you sweat like crazy). Worn this way, it's so secure and just really amazing for us ladies who really want to have better cardio capabilities but really had difficulties due to chest bouncing too much. I don't know how many years since I bought this, but coming back now to give it a full 5 stars for this added functionality XD ------ I've been using this when i workout and here's the thing - I didn't notice any dramatic reduction on my waist line or anything. When i took it off, my abs didn't appear flatter. However it DID make me sweat like crazy in the mid section - i know because when this thing comes off, i absolutely needed to change my top and my gym pants because the waist/hip area that this covered would be absolutely soaked lol. Even though it didn't really dramatically change my belly shape or whatever, it's kinda nice to see so much sweat coming out of there XD I also bought this based on what people said that it can help support the spine/waist/back. It kinda did but not by much - the back is elastic, it's the front that's more rigid. It wont' really help posture, but it did feel like it provided a level of support for the area. What i REALLY like about this is that it's kind of like wearing a stomach warmer. LOL It's really comfy when it's on! Once i put it on, i kind of don't want to take it off because 1) i know i'd be soaked in sweat, and 2) my middle area would get all cold and stuff. XD It's just so insanely comfy to have all that warmth there! That said, it looks absolutely ridiculous when on. XD sometimes i look at myself in the mirror and start cracking up because I look like an old Chinese woman. LOL but oh well who cares, i work out at home so only one who sees it is my housemate and she doesn't give a crap. It's also kind of awesome because it doesn't ever soak up any of the sweat, so you don't have to worry about it soaking up sweat and develop germs. After i take it off I just leave it facing up and it'll just dry up. Funnily enough i didn't notice any salt marks (from the sweat evaporating) so i'm guessing since i wear this over my gym clothes, the salt stayed on my clothes and didn't get on the waist trimmer - which means essentially there's just water on the belt anyway so it probably wouldn't get dirty very easily.

Pros: Adjustable fit - one size fits most. Flexible and comfortable materials. Good compression - does not restrict core movement during workout. Non-slip against skin but slight movement if worn above fabric. Acts as good reminder to concentrate on core. Raises temperature around core area and improves workout. Helps with motivation. Cons: Be prepared for the rubberized smell that lasts for a few uses. Do not expect posture support. Traps moisture close to skin and continuous extended use may cause irritation. Atrracts moisture and takes a few hours to dry. Overall: Love the product. Good buy.

Believe me guys,This product has worked beyond my expectations.Its easy,safe and an effective way to be a part of your fitness regime.It made my torso sweat after 20 minutes of running and cycling combined.I would recommend to anyone who has stubborn fat to loose for.
