What are the total dimensions of this rice cooker?

If it is round then there should only be 2 dimensions. Height and width. What's up with 3 dimension numbers?

I have one but the rice seems to stick and sometimes start to burn in the bottom. I do follow the directions. Any suggestions?

I have this rice cooker and what always works for me is unplugging it as soon as it is done and letting it sit for about 10 minutes, letting it cool off a bit, it comes out clean without using any oil, grease, or butter. I find that if I try to take it out right away the rice has extra moisture on it and sticks to the pot and if it is still warming it will start to burn the rice so unplugging it is best. I do rise the rice once before putting it in just to rinse off any residue. For jasmine rice 1 1/4 cup water for 1 cup of rice, for brown rice 2 1/4 cups of water for 1 cup of rice.

How big is the vegetable tray inside? Can I fit a small bag of baby carrots inside?

The vegetable tray is 6.5" diameter and 1.75" deep. I don't know how big baby carrot bags are.
