Jumping Surface for 14' Trampolines with 72 V-Rings for 7" Springs

I have a 14' trampoline in my front yard whose mat had worn out and torn in many places. So, I decided to replace it. I found this mat which matched the spec of mine and the price was reasonable (although, higher than I expected!). So, I went ahead and ordered it. The mat came within days. It was a bit tricky to install, as all trampoline mats are! But, once installed, I was glad I had ordered it. It fits perfectly, feels sturdy and works just fine.

It was initially difficult when researching what size mat I needed. So many manufacturers have different methods for determining size, number & size of springs, etc. Then I discovered Skybound. It was easy to determine the size mat I needed, ordered the mat & spring cover. It arrived on time, great packaging, & clear, easy instructions on installation (it does matter where & how you begin placing the springs). Skybound even sent an email (which arrived shortly before my order did) asking if everything arrived on time, & provided a telephone number to call in the event I needed installation support. Skybound seems to be a great company they are now my go to company for my trampoline needs.

I waited a few months to leave this summary. I think this matt was a great buy! I have a half dozen kids or so In my neighborhood , that jump with my grandson. The surface provides great height and bounce and so far....all is great! The key to keeping ANY Matt in good shape(no matter how much you pay for it) is installation! It's IMPERATIVE a jumping mat is installed PER INSTRUCTIONS. Failing to so so , puts uneven stress on any singular area/hook and causes threading/tearing problems. I've had the cheapest quality matts last YEARS! Likewise, I've had the best quality short lived because I let the kids install it!! I take the time to install PROPERLY and have never had a problem beyond that one time. And that was a $210 lesson. . It's a great matt and will last if INSTRUCTIONS ARE FOLLOWED TO THE LETTER! It's common sense really. The Dynamics of a trampoline DEMAND the matt be installed properly for longevity.

The mat fits well and seems to be well made. Can't speak of durability since I've only had it for a little more than a week. I've owned 2 trampolines and this is the first replacement mat I've bought. The first trampoline mat eventually deteriorated after several years. The 2nd trampoline mat eventually tore apart at the seams after several years of use. The seams on this mat do not appear to be quite as heavily made as my last mat, but the proof will be in how long it lasts. If it lasts several years like the prior mats, then it will have been a good buy. But for now it seems to be a good mat.

Excellent mat, the kids love it. The fit and quality are first rate, a very good value. I appreciate the dimension specification by this company, some others don't define the installed mat diameter and rely on the trampoline diameter or brand, so makes it difficult to select the right mat. We got it right the first time based on the good dimensions definition. Thanks for a quality product at a reasonable price.

So great that I could find a mat and did not have to buy a whole new trampoline! It was a great price! It looked like it was too small but if you follow the directions it works out great. Also it came with the tool to attach the springs which I couldn't have done without! I took one star for the pain I felt in my arms for the two days following! Ha ha!

Fits was perfect but started popping D-rings after only 1 year. Pretty poor quality on stitching, material itself has no tears or holes so far.

Has great bounce and works well. but the stitching at the loops is simply wearing out at 15 months. Loops are separating and springs are popping off daily now. We don't let the kids get on with shoes, so no hard surfaces to wear the stitching out. Requested a replacement, we shall see what happens.

It;s good but I have a 14 ft tramp and this fits smaller then the one I am replacing. Not sure its it's just the brand or the new standard. It was VERY difficult to do attach the mat on with the tool provided. I did it, but it was the most difficult tamp mat iv'e ever had to fit.
