Removed the squeeks and rust prevention as well as ease of use all in one application. Lubricant quality was outstanding. I have had to reapply in Arizona 3X in 6 months but in places like California less. There is a strong smell that goes away after 2-3 days. Easy to use. The nozzle is spot on and you can control the amount of spray. Sprayed it on all the metal to metal hinges and it worked like a charm! No more squeaky noise!

Finally got around to installing a wall mount opener on the garage door, and I waned to make sure all points were lubricated well. Wall mount openers are so quiet that you can hear every little rattle or squeak when the door operates. This is a 7x16’ door, insulated, so moderately heavy. Operated by hand opening and closing for years after install, so it was balanced well. Every year or so when a little extra effort was needed, I would spray whatever lubricants I had and make sure it stayed from sticking too much. Most of the time a “dry lubricant” spray, which I liked but my thinking is it did not last as long maybe. This stuff works well, and after a couple months seems to be doing the same as day i sprayed it on. I’ve only used the tube for direct flow. No leaks from the can yet. But, it does stay a little bit sticky or wet on the hinges still. I clear the door really well when installing the opener so time will tell if any dust in the future may stick to the areas I spray. I guess it is a slight trade off in longevity and dry film.

This is a good product and works well on our extra tall garage door rails. Its nice because it squirts so high and it saves me from climbing up a ladder. I use it about every 6 or 7 months.

This 3 in 1 is the greatest. I use it on my garage door once every 2 months and my garage door runs perfect. No noises nothing. Its even better then wd40 imo. This product can be used on anything that has a joint. Great stuff
