I love salt but how salty these things really are? Would they go good with beer? Never had these before but they sound good.

No, I would not pair them with beer. I can tolerate them with a glass of dry red wine but they really are not a good accompaniment to alcohol. The salt content in them will drive you to drink SOMETHING and I find Dr Pepper or cola is a better match.
