This product is amazing. I’m under going physical therapy not after tripping on a window cord and falling into a file cabinet. This shoulder pulley is giving me back my range of motion. Totally well worth the investment as it is giving me back my lifestyle.

Working good, easy to set up, happy with it

Bought for home therapy after surgery. We have 10’ doors so I will be standing to use this; if the doors are 8’ I would probably be able to sit in a chair. There is a foam piece on one side of the metal hanger that fits over the top of the door and a plastic cover on the other side to prevent damage to the door. The grips are wooden and comfortable to grab. But, and the reason for 4 stars is, the rope is a thin nylon that feels like it will stretch out after heavy use. Because I will be pulling the dead weight of my arm up without the assist of my muscles the first few weeks, it makes me a little apprehensive. I may end up replacing it with a thicker cotton rope. I have been using it in preparation for the surgery and the thinner nylon rope just makes me nervous. Other than that, it should work out fine.

This shoulder pully slips right over your door. It's great for preventive maintenance on your shoulders and is also good for PT after shoulder surgery or injury.

Physical Therapist recommended that and I have found it to be very very helpful working on my partially frozen shoulder.

It’s a very good piece of equipment

Simple, straightforward assistance for home rehab after shoulder surgery. Works so much better than trying to stretch arm on a towel on a table (and for some reason makes it so much easier to stretch further). Probably going to be the cheapest, yet most effective, rehab tool I have. Bonus is that it’s easiest enough to put together and get using it that there is no excuse not to set it up immediately. I glued a piece of thick wool felt to the inside of the door bracket to protect the doors in my new home but probably didn’t even need to given the bracket tip cover and foam that are included (I just wanted to be 100% certain no part of the bracket could touch the door.) I highly recommend this to anyone needing shoulder surgery or who has sustained a shoulder injury - you’ll be glad of having it when your shoulder heals/recovers more quickly and you get back to your active life faster than without.

it came on time, super easy to install, love the rubber protector. So useful to work on shoulder injuries and combine with remedial exercises.

Injured my arm and this helped with rehab exercises. Still using it when arm muscles tighten up.

This was bought for a family member and they said that it's okay. It works as intended, however, they don't use it too often hence there's not much I can say about this product. They did say that it is smaller than they expected but overall easy to use.
