Excellent tiny binos.
Awesome tiny binos. I thought for sure I d be returning these. But they are great. Theyre almost as good as my 20x50s. Clear. Sharp. And I can see at really good distances. The left eye is adjustable as well as the center. I think some people are overlooking that adjustment. You can also roll the eye cups up for a tighter distance. My only beef is they were too cheap to put eye covers in the package! Despite that, I love these!

Bang for the buck
Steiner glass is known for its quality. I used a much more expensive model in the military and was always impressed with them then. Purchased these for use around my house (I don't have a DOD budget), and they have proven to be outstanding also. Very light weight and compact with excellent clarity. Small enough to wear the carry case on your belt if you were a hiker. I have kept mine in the glovebox of my UTV.

Good choice for casual viewing and travel.
Very clear vision, light weight and perfect for travel. Just back from the Cinque Terre and this model Steiner did the job. While on the ferry going from village to village we could clearly see - in sharp detail the shoreline and the villages. Standing on the ground looking up at the Tower of Pisa...clear as a bell with excellent detail. No prism edging just clear vision. No stabilizer nor auto focus just a simple good pair of light weight 10x26 binoculars. Our goal was to keep the bulk and weight down in our shoulder / tote bag. If you plan to study objects through a pair of binoculars for an extended period of time these are not for you. If you want an inexpensive no frills travel binocular with good optics this model is a good choice. I read many reviews on Amazon before the purchase. We did not notice any of the "Cons" listed in some of the reviews. That said, those reviewers seemed to desire higher end binoculars for advanced viewing. I've used the $1K and up optics and wow those are amazing but to heavy and way too much risk for travel.

Clarity! No distortion! Handy size! Super hero visual powers!
I have several pairs of binoculars, but upon realizing that I needed the convenience of a more compact pair, I did a lot of research and testing before choosing these 10x26 Steiner Safari binoculars. My other binoculars are 6x30, 8x30 and 10x50 in porro prism form. This is my first pair of roof prism binoculars. They are easy to adjust, eyeglass friendly and feel sturdy in hand. I am very pleased with these Steiners. They provide great clarity at all the various distances which I have used them for. From bird watching or attending a recent ZZ Top concert, (in the nosebleed seats) the smaller size allows one to carry them everywhere without it being quite obvious to the public that you are a binocular geek. Tuck them in a pocket or bag and no one will know that with your 10x26 binoculars you can see really far away things up close...kind of like having super hero powers...only different.

lightweight, easy to adjust, great on hikes
These are wonderful binocs for anyone who is just walking around. I'm a birder, but I do a lot of my birding while I am doing something else --on walks and hikes, or bike rides, or kayaking. For those purposes, these are perfect. They are very light-weight, they adjust easily, and best of all, you can stick them in a big pocket or hitch them to a belt without getting loaded down. They do not have good close focus -- at best 12 feet and really more like 15, so if you are doing a serious birding expedition where you see things up close, you will need something else. But for more casual birding or wildlife views, these are excellent.

Small Package! High Quality! Rugged!
I suppose you could say that I’ve been a “binocular-aholic”; I’ve owned a dozen different types and brands. My goal has been two-fold. First to have them be small enough (and rugged enough) to have them with me most of the time when I’m out. Second, I need them to be strong (and clear enough!) so that I can see the DETAILS of wildlife, or a boat, or a group of people in the distance. I even tried the Leica version once, seeking their high quality optics. But, alas, they had to be sent back: too fragile! On the other hand, these Steiner glasses (for about a hundred bucks), are STRONG, SMALL, and RUGGED! I am very happy with them.

Excellent for the price, if you wear glasses the view is not optimal....contact lenses best.
Lovely quality very light weight and when focussed even up to 1000 metres, a very crisp and clean view. Static birds and slow moving...very very good...the perfect light weight companion and probably the best in it's class. I bought them as unboxed but new in mint condition. The focus is very quick and the clarity is superb. Highly recommended A very fair price, and quick delivery The description is very accurate..amazing

Légères et de très faible encombrement. Très facile à emporter partout avec soi. Très bonne optique et bon niveau de grossissement. Je recommande.
