Glad I discovered these! They are awesome! You get the energy you need long term for the day... without a crash or any jitters! The combo of the L thenanine and Caffeine make it to where you feel the mental alertness you need for the day without the sweating or jitters! Life saver if you work 3rd shift!

I found these to be quick release with a smooth caffeine kick. I took two upon waking and while showering (5 min later) felt the effects. Just like the lift I get from a second cup of coffee. Absolutely NO jitters or racing heart. Lovely! They are powder in a gel shell, so very lightweight but not too big to swallow. I did not realise that a serving size = 2 pills. I was miffed at that at first but I do think it's good that you can take a half dose easily by just taking one pill. I had no crash at all. I'm looking forward to seeing how future uses play out.

I took this first thing in the morning and had a slight energy result. I had my coffee as usual and didn't feel jittery. Gave me a slight stomach ache though.

I have taken so many caffeine pills and I thought these would help me out a bit more because of advertisement. Well let me tell you, I get headaches right after taking these out of all the caffeine pills I take & also this one makes my stomachs hurt more if anything. I don’t think I want to rebuy these, everyone is better off getting with jet-alert. Jet alert caffeine tabs actually have long lasting energy and these pills barely even give me any energy and I’m that person that can run on just a bit of caffeine. So for me to say that I don’t feel energized with these is very disappointing

The L-theanine really makes a difference. I get these smooth 2-4 hours feeling of awakenes. But do note that the 120 pills are actually 50mg caffeine and 100mg L theanine. That's why it says 60 doses. Though this is misleading I actually like the fact that the capsules are lower doses because if its in the afternoon I'm not worried about taking a pill and not being able to sleep.

These are great for the price, and they include the common ratio of 100 to 200 caffeine to l-theanine. They work well, they keep you focused and give you energy without those beloved caffeine jitters 😅 that is what this combination of supplements is supposed to do after all. They work for me, I bought them in a pinch because the brand that I liked decided to shoot their price up $10 per bottle. We don't stand for that. But a slight heads up: these definitely taste like a cross between paper towels and a gym mat. Kind of like Planet Fitness. 😅

This stuff is shady as hell. I contacted the company for a purity report of their product.... since you know I'm putting it in my body. They responded and said that it was confidential. I tried another product on the market that is of the same chemical make-up and it worked a million times better. This product is total bogus. Do yourself a favor and go with a real producer.

My experience with this product has been great over the last few weeks. The onset of the effects is very fast and clean, and I haven't felt any sort of crash associated with it. I think it feels much more "relaxing" than drinking a cup of coffee because of the L Theanine which I have really been enjoying.
