Nice selection of clear set but various different coloured LEDs

I was really interested to get some LEDs that use different light wavelengths to achieve different colours, rather than just putting plastic caps on white LEDs. This is a good bundle at a fair price, with the interesting LEDs being the ultra violet and RGBs in common anode and common cathode varieties to mess about with, experiment, and learn. The emerald tones from the green LEDs are worth seeing on different resistances. No problems with quality, and no duds to report.

I bought the mixed one which is a nice little kit with a good number of LEDs. They're all clear plastic with the colour from the diodes shining through. On top of the standard colours in both 3mm and 5mm, you also get two types of R/G/B 3-pin LEDs (cathode, or, anode driven; in other words the common pin is either positive or negative depending on which type you use). You also get two types of two-pin flashing diodes. One type cycles through R/G/B slowly, the other cycles slow then fast. Lastly, you get UV LEDs which do actually work... ...I wasn't expecting them to, or have that 'make white stuff glow' which they do if you chain enough of them. So go for it, I'd buy them again at this price.

Great value for money, I don't think they are the ultra bright ones, but that's my bad, I should of checked. Delivery was prompt and small enough to fit through the letter box.

I bought these specifically for the purple LEDS, it only came with 15 which is the lowest of all the colours and theyre very dull and cloudy, however i cant say im too upset as theres a huge amount of LEDS for cheap and every other colour is perfect.

Disappointed that they would not Flash as they were advertised will find them useful

Great set of LEDs. This product even included ultraviolet and RGB (fast flashing, slow flashing, common cathode, and common anode) LEDs. Although, I would have appreciated it more if the seller would have marked each RGB LED set properly through the sticker marking in the plastic container. I had to verify each of the RGB LED if it was a fast falsh, slow flash, common cathode, or common anode. Still a good product overall. An almost complete set of LEDs.
