Great for viral suppression. Pills are super easy to swallow with no smell or taste. UPDATE: Before starting this, my EBV labs showed >600.0 U/mL antibodies (positive result is >21.99 U/mL). I am a huge fan of the Pure brand so it only made sense to get my L-Lysine supplement from them also. My husband got a cold so a couple of times I started feeling the same symptoms. Both times I took this but the first time I only took a couple for one day and symptoms came back the second time. I took this Olive Leaf Extract 2x for 4 days along with Gaia Elderberry Syrup 2x daily on a EMPTY stomach and about 1-2hrs later I took Solaray Oil of Oregano WITH food so I didn't get an upset stomach. I eat a little bit of food take 1 capsule then eat more food and another capsule then eat the rest of the meal. Very important or you will suffer. It's very strong. I took all 3 and all cold is completely gone. As far as this Olive Leaf Extract, I think this kicked my immune into high gear to get rid of it. The 4 stars is for the cost of it. Yes, it works but can't say I'll buy it again at $38 for 90caps from this vendor again. Otherwise it worked great! Now my husband will do what I did next time but told him that he has to do it at the first symptoms so it doesn't take hold. Mine started with one ear plugging up then a hollow feeling in the chest which ends up where I getting bronchitis. Love this stuff, just not the price...

I take these daily and really like the ease of taking these capsules as opposed to a store-bought hard pill. They are a great size and provide great health benefits. This size of packaging makes them a good value to me.
