Purchased direct from manufacture, it’s an excellent chair that has all of the adjustments you want. It all works splendidly well. However as others who have had this issue, after sitting for some time the back end of the buttocks starts to ache. Not sure of it’s the seat pan shape or the angle or the padding, but that discomfort became unbearable. As soon as I sat on my old 1960s era chair my couch the discomfort went away. I so wanted to like the chair as every other part was great. The back immediately felt better. But after several hours it’s trading the other pains for buttock pain. This issue doesn’t affect everyone though and as Steelcase gives you 14 days to try the chair it may be worth ordering one and trying it from Steelcase
