Does this cable work with Rocksmith+ on iPad?

You can use your mobile device as a microphone (mic) to play Rocksmith+ with either an acoustic guitar, or a guitar or a bass connected to an amp.
 
For best results, ensure your mobile device and PC are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, and place your mobile device between 30 to 60 centimeters from your instrument or the amp. 
 
To set up your mobile device as an audio input:
 
•  Open Rocksmith+.
•  Select the gear icon in the top right of the screen to open the Options menu.
•  Select Acoustic or Electric (Amp).
•  Select use Rocksmith Tuner app.
If you have not done so already, you can scan the QR code to download the app for Android or iOS.
•  Launch the Rocksmith Tuner app.
•  Select Play Rocksmith+ with your phone as a mic.
•  Log in with the same Ubisoft account that you have subscribed to Rocksmith+ with. 
Your username will appear at the top of the page if your login has been successful. 
•  Select Play Rocksmith+ with your phone as a mic.

Alternative audio interfaces and the Real Tone Cable are available to link your instrument to Rocksmith+.
