I really enjoyed skinny boost tea set did seem to bring my bloated down and help me with a bowl movement. I repurchased but this time I got a set that said beauty boost. I just figured it was a name change or formula change but after a few weeks I can tell these don't feel to have the same effect on me as the skinny boost i first got. Still feel bloated. Originally I gave a 5 star but this time I have to go with a 3 only because I really did enjoy the skinny boost teas and even had a great flavor. I am not sure is skinny boost and beauty boost the same?

Im about to tell you something personal and super embarrassing and definitely something you should know if you're gonna take this.* So... let me just say, this is the most gentle detox that you can possibly take. Your tummy wont get those sharp aces and pains and you will be regular. That being said. Do not, I repeat... do not trust a fart. This is the only detox ive ever taken that has been so gentle you dont feel like you're gonna crap yourself until you trust a fart and BAM! Girl you just s&%$ your pants. So if you've read this far, im sorry but I just needed to let you know. Well, other then that, the taste of the tea is over all good. The night time tea needs to be drank hot or warm. If it gets cold its gross. Your body will thank you after taking this. My tummy always feels good and my overall-ness feels so good. Definitely worth it. Just dont trust a fart.

I really enjoyed drinking these teas—it felt like such a nice reset! Both teas tasted great, and by the end of the 28 days, I definitely felt lighter and refreshed. It was a simple and enjoyable experience that I looked forward to each day.

I drink the daytime daily which helps with bloat and water retention and tastes good. I drink the evening around 5pm Sunday Wednesday Friday. I have lost 4 lbs of bloat in 2 weeks of drinking both. The evening emptied me out good. If I drink it later than 5pm,I could end up late for work still having a bathroom run for me. It works great for me. I will continue to buy and drink this set. I may take a 2 or 3 week break between 28 day sets. We will see.
