This has reduced my hotflashes

I had been taking Flax seed oil which reduces hot flashes by 70% however I started to experience GI side effects from it. I can take this now and it has eliminated my hot flashes, thank goodness. I just spray it under my tongue, about 3 sprays 3x/dly and no more problems. I repurchased this so I could keep one in my handbag too.
