Haircolor Light Brown - 8N (2 oz color 2 oz developer)

If you do not have an allergy to hair dye, then you may or may not like this produce. If you have an allergy to hair color (and went gray at 19!), then this is your miracle. I am 41 and have been using henna to cover my gray for the past 10 years. It has been my only option, due to my allergy. I have had no choice but to be a red head. I am thrilled to find EcoColors! My gray is now a soft golden brown. I leave it on for the full 45 minutes with time some under the hairdryer, as recommended. It is so great to have some color options now!

This is NOT Natural & Not chemical Free. Don't waste your money with this so called ECO natural hair color. If you can't pronounce whats in it, it is a Chemical. I purchased 3 & only used 1...There is not much difference from this EcoColors then Salon or store bought products. Garnier...has less chemicals then this over priced EcoColors. Henna is the one & only hair color with No Chemicals, all others are just Lying...

I was looking for a milder color due to allergies. I really like the color my hair came out. What I didn't like was the strong chemical smell. Reminded me of old timey permanents. My hair came out shiny, and the product was not drying. My only objection was the smell.

I read the reviews and there were some that mentioned a bad smell, it's putrid!! I had a hard time breathing it was so bad and it's not just a stink, it's a chemically smell. I question how natural a product can be when it smells like chemicals. I bought two and mixed them so my hair wouldn't have a red tint, but between the price and smell, I won't be buying again.

I used half of this light brown and half golden blonde to color my hair. I had never tried natural/organic hair color before. My hair is naturally ash blonde. I have about 40% grey (actually white) hair now. The color does have a chemical smell, but not nearly as strong as a typical "over the counter" hair color. It is very easy to apply- pour color in the developer-- squirt the color on-parting your hair-same as your usual hair coloring products. Let sit about 30-40 min. Rinse off-I rinsed off in the shower-much easier. The color completely covered my greys. It is shiny and soft. The shade did come out a little lighter than planned, but I wasn't sure how much blonde to brown I should mix to get the color I wanted, so next time I'll change that. I bought a natural/organic shampoo to use as suggested. After about 3-4 shampoos (3 weeks) I could barely see a little difference where my greys were, but they looked like lighter blonde hair. Now, it's been 6 weeks. The grey hairs look slightly lighter blonde, and I'm beginning to see my roots growing out. The color has held up fine on the rest of my hair.

The best haircolor I have ever used. I was looking for something non-toxic and cruelty free and this is perfect. Thank you EcoColors. PS: I don't notice ANY chemical smell.

Don't waste your money on this foolishness. This does not colour your grays. It left a very nasty, slimy and clumps of glob that was difficult to wash out. This doesn't even deserve one star...that's how bad this was.

I've used this product a few times, and I love it. I appreciate the company's awareness of their economic impact along with their desire to provide a great product.
