To create pant hangers
I had a bunch of baby/kid hangers and pants that needed hanging. Folding them over the hangers was causing things to be bunched up and a lack of space in the closet. I ordered these and was able to create makeshift pant hangers for my baby boy's pants. They worked well!

They had a metal piece around each clothespin which was way too big & didn't meet my expectations.
