Beautiful awning if this is the design your looking for. Little pain to put together and found that a few holes were not pre drilled but the final results are awesome. Sturdy and very nice looking I got lots of compliments it compliments my home

I give 4 star mainly because assembly instructions is written poorly, and assembly is medium/hard.The spec was obviously originally written in metrics. Don’t trust their US conversion because they are wrong. Just use the metrics number and do the conversion yourself and you’ll be fine.Assembly requires 2 people and quite a few hours to make sure everything fits. I saw previous comment says there is a gap. I suspect it’s because they didn’t adjust those tracks, which takes some time but they will eventually all come together.The final product looks amazing. Lots of compliments from neighbors. Saved us a lot of money because we didn’t have to order a custom awning and have people install it. Overall we are happy with the purchase.

We had our handyman put this together and it took him about an hour and a half and it really looks beautiful and we’ve had it about two weeks now and are very happy with it.

I called them and was told that that's just the way they do things. I guess that's why they charge so much for some aluminum and plastic parts. Nothing is assembled, it's just a kit.

Install was miserable. Once finally up, we love it.

I like it amazing look

When assembling this awning, it became obvious that the panels provided did NOT extend completely enough to fix the frame (see pics). Perhaps one of the panels, a broader one, was not packed correctly.I am having a new panel cut by a specialty company so as to close the gaps for $50 more than I already spent on it.Otherwise it is as good as it looks. The 5 point mount is clearly preferable in an environment that has it's share of violent storms.

This is a crap design. It is so flimsy it fell apart on mounting. Now I have to go buy plexiglass to even finish it. Drill a damn hole you lazy company. You have to try an get all of the pie piece in the right spot so you can mount the rail brackets. I wish there was a negative stars.
