Shark Upright Vacuum, Navigator Lift-Away Deluxe with Large Dust Cup Capacity, HEPA Filter, Swivel Steering, Upholstery Tool & Crevice Tool, Blue, NV360

This is a long one, but it's worth the read if you're doing some serious shopping for a vacuum cleaner: I picked this up in October so I've been using it for a few months just to get a genuine sense of how this vacuum really performed and I am absolutely impressed! This beats my Dyson AND my Kirby hands down. Superior suction, amazing maneuverability, lighter than either the Kirby or the Dyson. ( If you're wondering why I own so many vacuums, I clean for a living.) I bought this for the house. I have two cats and a husband who's into Warhammer so you know there are sprew bits and cat hair everywhere and this thing handles it like a champ! I wasn't sold on how small the floor attachment was until I used it: I can get underneath my barstools so much easier now and my entire house ( approx. 2000 sq ft.) is done in 20 minutes, tops! There is a learning curve, but that's something you get with any new vacuum. I was also super impressed by the ease with which I can switch from floor to handheld attachments. Some of these other vacuums I've used are so bulky and difficult to handle all the small attachments... Not this one! I'm able to switch back and forth from floor to handheld quick, fast and in a hurry. Bonus points that it's lightweight. I'm not killing myself just to vacuum my house. It's really saved my back! And it was so much less expensive than the Dyson or the Kirby. The window on the floor attachment gives me a clear view of the roller brush ( yeah, it makes me accountable which is a good thing. It's harder to ignore when I can see it so thanks for that, too. ). The cord is a tad short, so I went ahead a bought a small extension cord to go with it, but other than that, I'm very impressed! I wish I had bought this years ago. I will never buy another vacuum from anyone else other than Shark again. Good job, guys! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serious little vacuum.

Excellent vacuum. Powerful suction and lightweight, easy to maneuver, design. I like the larger tank which affords longer use without need of emptying as frequently. The lift away is great for blinds, curtains, overhead vents, et al. Another great feature is the three position power switch: 1) off, 2) on/suction only, and 3) on/suction and brush. The suction only is particularly useful if you are vacuuming an uncarpeted hardwood, or tile floor. I’ve been hard on vacuums in the past and gone through some highly rated models but I feel like this Shark model might actually go the distance.

I bought this about 6 mos ago and I must say I've been very pleased with it. I have vinyl flooring, area rugs, short napped carpeting and upholstered furniture. AND a sheddy dog. About 900sqft apt. It does well on all the surfaces. I like how the sections come apart, so you can do stairs etc. Once you get used to it, changing it up to your needs is intuitive and quick. No more vacuum bags to buy. It's easy to assemble when it comes, even for a non techy old lady. Just don't overthink it. I was actually amazed that everything went together as it should on assembly. Easy to dump the junk. Disgusting but easy. My only slight complaint is the hose that you can stretch around to do upholstery etc. takes some effort. It's like a piece of gym equipment. But then I guess I shouldn't complain about a free tricep workout. If it stretched out easier I'd have given it 5 stars. Overall probably the best vacuum I've owned so far. Not too loud, and you can adjust the suction. The weight is not too heavy and it's small enough to get to most places. Will not go under furniture, beds etc. But I have something else for that. It's a great little all around vacuum.

I actually love this vaccum. It cleans my hardwood floor, high carpets and low carpets so well. it’s easy to maneuver. very functional and powerful. it’s the best i’ve ever used so far, but before i continue, I have to say that I am not upset with the Shark brand whatsoever!! I HAD to repurchase this vaccum along with another cleaning item from a store because my package was marked as delivered, but never arrived. It was an order with two separate deliveries and this and my other item didn’t arrive. I tried getting them both sent to me but Amazon would not accept my claim, saying that my account had too many refunds & i could file an appeal but would be at risk of losing my entire account. I requested a file of all of my order information that included any refunds. I had only made one request for a refund 2 times in the last 2 years. I’m upset with Amazon and really not sure why they made this decision. that portion of my order was around $150 so i made the purchase for this vaccum elsewhere!

I am in love with this vacuum! I did a lot of research on different vacuum brands and models within my budget and I am very happy that I chose this one. It was delivered a couple days early and was packaged in two boxes and all of the pieces were there! (I had the option to buy brand-new or used-like new, and I chose to buy brand new- worth the money!) The only pet I have is a cat and she sheds a lot & tracks litter around. I got tired of sweeping 2x daily because it didn't get everything picked up & of course cat hair sticking to the bottom of the broom. This vacuum suction is amazing! It will pick up litter & hair on hardwood, thick carpet & furniture! I really like feature to switch the brushroll on & off for hardwood & carpet. The vacuum is lightweight and makes things so much easier. I am very happy with this vacuum. Worth the money! (Image was taken before using it)

This vacuum is awesome. It is easy to use, light weight but really picks up dirt. Has enough power to go from flooring to carpet quickly and easily. Very easy to clean

Il y a de nombreuses années, j’ai acheté, un aspirateur-traîneau Dyson Animal DC23 avec tous ses accessoires que j’ai toujours trouvés excellents ; par contre, le gros point faible était la tête motorisée qui a cessé de fonctionner avant la fin de la période de garantie. J’ai alors contacté Dyson qui m’a fait parvenir gratuitement une nouvelle tête motorisée. Voilà que cette nouvelle tête a cessé de fonctionner à son tour alors que Dyson ne tient plus aucun des accessoires de cet aspirateur qui par ailleurs fonctionne encore très bien, quoiqu’il ne nettoie plus les tapis. Je me suis tournée vers les copies de pièces, mais les commentaires allaient dans le sens que ça ne valait pas le coût et que ça cesserait rapidement de fonctionner. Alors je me suis tournée vers Amazon à la recherche d’un bon aspirateur à tapis, le meilleur rapport qualité/prix. Je me suis renseignée sur le Web, sur YouTube. J’ai alors acheté le Skark Navigator Lift-Away NV360 et je suis très satisfaite en fonction de mes attentes : bien nettoyer les tapis et posséder un filtre HEPA. Bien sûr la brosse ne mesure que 9 po au lieu de 13 po comme la Dyson DC23, mais finalement chaque brosse a ses inconvénients, mais si peu. Je ne m’attends pas à ce que ma nouvelle balayeuse nettoie les planchers ni les escaliers, la Dyson qui a une brosse à plancher et une petite brosse rotative continue de faire cela très bien, de même qu’elle continue de passer sous plusieurs meubles; je ne m’attends pas non plus à ce que le Skark Navigator passe sous les lits queen, c’est le travail de Roomba. Peut-être une seule chose, comme c’est assez surprenant de voir tout ce qui se ramasse dans le réservoir, il aurait été possiblement préférable d’acheter le modèle avec le plus grand réservoir, à savoir le Shark NV356E 31 Navigator Professional Upright Vacuum with Swivel Steering, HEPA Filter, XL Dust Cup, Dusting Brush and Crevice Tool, Perfect for Pet Hair, White/Silver.

Chegou super rápido, super bem embalado. É bem grande e pesado, talvez um de menor atendesse melhor minhas necessidades. Ele aspira muito bem e a opção para carpete é ótima.

received the vacuum today opened and set up. the Vacuum turned it on; the vacuum just spread the dirt and hairs around after a few minutes there was a strong smell of burning and the vacuum became very ho turned and unplugged immediately as I thought it would set on fire. I had very good reviews of the shark vacuum prior to buying so was very disappointed. maybe just a bad vacuum? See video
