I bought these bands to add to my exercise experienceI use them for stretching, lunges, and my ab workout routinePros:-very colorful-I have used them at least 15 times since I bought them, and they have not lost any elasticity-does not lose color after use-scentless-can hold a lot of weight-affordable-latex/rubbery textureCons:- they are not extremely thick (if that’s what someone is wanting these might not be best option)

The bands are not too flimsy nor too stiff so I'd say they are pretty good quality considering the price. The lightest band when I use it for arm exercises does roll up in my hand at certain angles but that's expected for rubber bands. If it rolls up, I just use it as is with it rolled up like a resistance band and it still works out my muscles fine and it's easy to unroll it afterwards.

After using my exercise bands this summer, my son asked if I would get him some to take back to school. He is really liking this set. There are different strengths so he and his petite girlfriend can both use them. He uses them for his legs, glutes and arms so they provide lots of exercise potential without taking up hardly any space in his dorm room!

In the box there are 5 bands that are from beginner to intermediate. There are directions included for several types of exercises. I have used them many times since purchasing them. Well worth the price!

They are quite sturdy and definitely give you a workout.The package was nice and intact. There are instructions in the box. You can also look up YouTube videos on how to use these.

I had previously purchased exercise bands from elsewhere and they were to big and kept falling off, plus they were very thin and I felt like they were going to snap on me. These ones are SOOO much nicer. They stay on my legs and don't roll up or fall off. The straps themselves are thick and I'm not worried they are going to break.

My husband and daughter are runners and needed some bands to help stretch. These were inexpensive but am very pleased with the quality. Arrived quickly and are already getting lots of use.

Super small bands meaning you can put them in a clutch bag if needed. Durability is amazing. I've been using them since day one and they are still holding up. No breaking. These are really great for my at home workouts. The colored in dots are a great quick reference for resistance so if you lose the little paper it comes with, no biggie
