SALVE Cosalic Shampoo Solution (200 ml / 6.76 fl oz) with Salicylic Acid & Coal Tar for Dandruff-Prone and Psoriasis-Prone Scalp

Ill give this shampoo 5 stars for effectiveness against scalp fungus. It cleared it up totally in 2 uses. Amazing because I tried many other top brands and none of them worked and they cost twice as much. As many state it is watery and I too lost quite a bit on the first use expecting a thicker solution. I drilled a small hole into the cap while on the bottle and its just right. I will try putting it into a spray bottle as others have mentioned as well. BTW, I also use another shampoo with collagen afterwards as this shampoo really dries your hair out in my opinion. My second botte is now on order as I am a believer and subscriber from now on.

This is a very good product and have used it for a year. Users of this product need to know it must be shaken well before use. The bottle nor box do not provide this guidance. The coal tar I believe in its formula, precipitates out and settles to the bottom of the bottle. If one does not shake the bottle, the full medicinal value is lost. I discovered this precipitation when I found a clump mass at the bottom of the bottle of my first use. Remember this is a medicinal type shampoo recommended by my doctor. It works well for the treatments it is formulated to cover. Don’t expect it to be a sweet perfumed shampoo that is only as good as the perfume.

I really like the way my scalp and Hair felt after using this product. The downside is there is no way to regulate the flow of this product coming out of the bottle and it’s like water! So I just wasted a ton of it because I wasn’t expecting it to be so much like water. Perhaps a different type of bottle would be in order.🤷🏻‍♀️

It works, but it's super runny and hard to control how much/fast it comes out of the bottle. It lathers well, but it takes alot to fully cover your scalp. It stops the color out of your hair as well. Won't be purchasing again.

I’ve been using this shampoo for about a week and my scalp feels so much better. I have oily and itchy scalp and have had so most of my life, so I am thankful I found Cosalic. I saw some reviews that said it was a little runny so as soon as I received it I put it in a spray bottle. It works great, I spray it directly on my scalp, it lathers up just fine. I haven’t been to a doctor for a diagnosis or prescription but this works better than any over the counter shampoo I have ever used. And that’s a lot. I wanted to add to this review because after using almost the entire bottle of shampoo I had started to realize I had a lot of breakage in my very thin and fine hair. I first noticed there was lots of hair on the drain and in my hands. Then thought my hair felt thinner on the ends. And after examining it I saw that my (all one length) 14 inch long hair had sections that were 3, 4 and 5 inches long. Breakage in mid strand. I discontinued using it. Cut my hair, changed shampoo and it’s growing back nicely.

Use EXTREME caution when opening! What kind of idiotic idea it the packaging? A plastic plug that looks like a hard top with a pinhole to squeeze, is NOT in fact a hole. If you squeeze it in your hands, top pops out and product is so watery it will splash out everywhere. Not only did I lose half down the drain, but it splashed in my eye! Pain and burning is extreme!!! Bought for my son, but sure as hell won’t let him use it now and risk getting in his eyes!

This is the only stuff I’ve found that will get rid of my dandruff. I use it instead of my normal shampoo when I see that I have a lot of buildup. I take a capful and dump it on my head and rub it in. I then wait for about 10 minutes and rinse it out. It’s a great alternative to a clarifying shampoo. Afterwards, I do my routine like normal and my hair comes out so clean.

this product is a total scam they mention on the Salicylic Acid 3% and on the bottle ingredients 1% now after i used it am not sure it even contains any Salicylic Acid or ant effective ingredients at all
