Sonhas very flat feet and was complaining of painful feet and leg aches. Since these have been in his shoes he has said his feet hurt a little when wearing them as they correct his feet, but not a peep of leg ache when the shoes come off, or first thing in the morning. So I bought a second pair. They switch easily between shoes, but do make his shoes a little on a tight fit.

My daughter has very narrow feet and very flat feet but our Health care center refused to help. After a couple of years I just thought why not try to find insoles from Amazon and Boom! there are many to choose from. So finally my girl has support insoles. Her comment was ”they are superb!” But as her feet are really narrow, these are a bit too wide, though they are by no means for very wide feet and her flat feet are so bad that really she would need even stronger insoles. So therefore only 4 stars. However these are definately very good and I do recommend them, they are exacktly as pictured, no excess smells etc. Fine quality.

Good quality insoles. Feet feel more grounded around the heel and helps distribute even balance when walking

Absolute rubbish .. tried to return for exchange for smaller size but this product not is not returnable. I am disgusted with these inner soles For the price..will never purchase this product agai.Rubbise

Took me some time to get used to it but after wearing these insoles for quite a while now i can walk long distances with comfort.

These were a fab shape and I thought they’d be a great support. But even taking out the insole I her trainers they still pushed my 4yr olds feet to high so the shoe no longer supported her ankle and made the shoe too tight across her feet. They may work better if you had a wider fit shoe but no good for what we had x

Bought the other blue one with blue and yellow sole earlier in a size 13-1US and needed another pair but it wasn’t available in that design or this one.So I bought the 2-3.5big kid and cut it to size. Fits my kid’s shoes properly and he likes it just as much as the other pair. Reduces his overpronation due to flat feet and helps with balance.Don’t know if it will correct it in the long run but fingers crossed.

Ho acquistato queste solette Ailaka per risolvere alcuni fastidi legati all'arco plantare e alla postura durante le lunghe camminate, e devo dire che il cambiamento è stato netto fin dal primo utilizzo. Cosa mi è piaciuto: Supporto dell'Arco Plantare: La struttura è rigida al punto giusto. Sostiene l'arco senza risultare fastidiosa, aiutando a distribuire il peso in modo uniforme. Ammortizzazione nel Tallone: Il cuscinetto in gel sul tallone è una manna dal cielo. Assorbe bene gli urti, riducendo la fatica a fine giornata. Qualità dei Materiali: Il tessuto superficiale è traspirante e limita i cattivi odori, mentre la base sembra molto resistente e non si deforma facilmente. Versatilità: Le ho inserite sia in scarpe da ginnastica che in scarponcini da lavoro. Essendo ritagliabili, si adattano perfettamente alla scarpa originale (consiglio di usare la vecchia soletta come sagoma per il taglio). Considerazioni sulla vestibilità: Essendo solette ortopediche con un supporto strutturato, occupano un po' più di spazio rispetto a quelle standard. Se avete scarpe già molto strette, tenetelo a mente; su scarpe sportive o casual classiche calzano invece a pennello. Verdetto finale: Se soffrite di fascite plantare, piedi piatti o semplicemente cercate più comfort per stare in piedi molte ore, queste solette hanno un rapporto qualità-prezzo imbattibile rispetto a prodotti di farmacia molto più costosi. Consigliatissime!

Einlagen sind etwas härter, daher nur 4 Sterne, ich versuche diese meinem Kind in die Schuhe für draußen einzulegen, dennoch sehr hoch von der Qualität. Sonst kosten welche beim Orthopäden 130,00 Euro, da kann man nichts aussetzen

Las plantillas solas no hay tanto problema, pero que sea la caja de otro producto (el cual ya conozco) es como publicidad fraudulenta, x que las originales son de un material más cómodo...pero pues solitas las plantillas no están tan mal, pero no son las plantillas originales ALIKA
