Power Vehicles - Complete Set

Great gift for toddler. We'll made and encourages creativity.

This is a very cool toy. I wish there were more central posts to make more cars at once but there are only 4. We are looking into buying more posts.

Good quality and tons of fun

I bought these for my 4 year old grandson. At first they would fall apart for him. I soon discovered the wheels need to FIT and CLICK correctly to the bar till you hear the CLICK! They are sturdy and my 2 year old grandson loves to play with them once big brother has finished them. Will order more sets as you can only make 4 vehicles at one time..

My son LOVES these toys. So many different combinations of trucks to make! My only complaint is that there aren’t enough sets of wheels to do all the trucks shown at one time, only four vehicles at a time. You have to dismantle one kind to make another. So there are always extra unused attachments. But overall great toy providing hours of fun.

We bought this set after getting the Smartmax Stunt set, which came with two vehicles, and have loved each set. They have been everyone’s favorite for over a year. The confusion I want to clarify from other reviewers is that the pictures for this Power Vehicles Complete Set and the Amazon description give examples of different configurations that can be made with the pieces included in the set. You won’t be able to build all the cars depicted at once. You get EIGHT wheel pairs to make FOUR complete cars (full list of pieces below) with fully interchangeable pieces. If you’re looking for Smartmax power vehicles, this Complete Set is the best value as it comes with all the items you would get from purchasing the individual or smaller packs of power vehicles separately. So unless you’re looking for duplicates of certain cars or accessories, this would be the set to get for the maximum amount of magnetic cars and parts. "Smart" toy idea but not so smart advertising and package quantity. Please note the listed highlights/issues if you're considering this for your child: *There are 9 vehicles pictured on the front of the box but only 4 vehicles can be made at a time so pay attention to the rear box toy piece count *The so called "instruction guide" is really just 2 pages from their sales brochure. In reality these 2 pages are just pictures of the made vehicle and not step-by-step instructions how to build each one so your child will need to use their observation skills. *"Instruction guide" says Ages 5+ but the box says 3+ so small discrepancy. All in all it's a great toy that my son likes to play with but way overpriced for what you really get.

I've had this set since 9/13/2014. One of the greatest toy inventions ever for vehicle loving toddlers. My son started playing with SmartMax when he was about 20 months old. He struggled getting the tires on and off at first, but still played with them a LOT. He is now 3 years old and still plays with these about 4-7 days per week with no trouble taking the pieces on and off. Visiting toddlers also enjoy playing with these. We bought a basic 25 piece building set, the power vehicles tow and go and the drive and fly sets. WIth the 4 sets he is able to make TONS of creations on his own and LOVES it. It's expensive, but a very, very, very good product. Between this, Duplos, and Automobox Mini's he is quite happy.
