Will they fit properly to tubes that are 1 1/4" OD?

Hello This clamp is designed to accommodate pipes with an OD measuring between 1-3/8" and 1-3/4". Unfortunately a pipe with an OD of 1-1/4" will be too small to use with these clamps. Thank you, CBM Commerce 877 268 1888
