how big are the holes??

Large enough for elastic to be threaded through quite a good size fir threading fir jewellery making

Does it come with string to make a bracelet?

Yes two rolls of elastic twine, just very thin so maybe would have to double up for bracelets, not tried the strength of it

Is there an instruction manual? I cannot figure out how to make those earrings!
