Real starfish so they smell at first but if you unpack them and leave them in the open, the smell will gradually go away. I have one on my desk now, right next to me, as a part of decoration with seashells and candles and there's no smell left. They are really beautiful and arrived in excellent condition. Wonderful in nautical decorations if you'd like a little piece of seaside in your home. They are perfect for those who love using real nature to decorate with. Man-made things just don't have the same magic.

Just as advertised. Arrived in tact. Very impressed. Look lovely. Do smell a little bit fishy as previous reviews said but not too bad. I’ve placed them in the container that used to hold washing tablets so hopefully they will absorb some of the smell. Would recommend. Very pleased.

Bought for wedding. Made into button hole for groom and used on flower display. But took a while to reduce the smell.

Arrived very quickly. Good product. I will be using to decorate a garden fence.

They are so pretty, then you breath near them and your body decides to gag, and you have no control over it. I've soaked them for days in water and bicarbonate, I've soaked them in isopropyl alcohol, I've washed them under running water, aired them in the sun. Nothing has made a difference. A sikly sweetly decomposition stench that nothing seem to touch. I'm this close to binning them, I've already spent more in products to try and take off the smell than the value of the product

Loved these painted them gold but so smelly had to leave them in the garden for a week in a bucket of water and surgical spirit

I was really really disappointed to find out that they were real star fish. I ordered them as a decoration for my christmas wreath and didnt realise they were real. I feel like this should be made more obvious in your advertising.

Nicht günstig, aber sehr schön. Wir brauchten sie für Kindergeburtstag (12.). Holzbilderrahmen mit Meereskram beklebt mit Heißkleber.

Muy bonitas, se nota que son naturales ya que tienen algunas pequeñas imperfecciones, no hay dos iguales y huelen a pescado. Desde luego no son tan grandes como en las fotos, son más finas y pequeñas pero son tan bonitas que compensa. Llegaron al día siguiente, bien envaladas y enteras. Contenta con la compra.
