Revived a dead camcorder
I have two old Canon Vixia HV40's that wouldn't work and couldn't get the batteries charged. I bought this thing, two replacement batteries and a matching rapid charger... all for less than $50 with tax and voila! Everything works as good as new. Very grateful and thrilled.

The wrong power adapter came *edIt*
From the picture I thought I was getting an American plug type A , what came, well, I'm not too sure what came. Edit: They sent another one free of charge. Works great thank you!

Wrong plug sent
Discription states us plug and picture shows us plug packsge arrived with UK plug!!! Needed it for tonight so had to go spend more money on a plug converter

Does not charge batteries
This item DOES NOT charge your batteries, it will only power the camera. Utterly useless product.

Not much to say here really, it works, and it was very cost effective. No complaints, or comments. If you have an old camcorder like the HF10, and you need to replace the charger, this will do the trick.
