For us TALLER PEOPLE! 100% YES
I found a cane some years back for TALL people. I replaced it every 3mns just didn't hold up to my WEIGHT. This cane!! 8mn and still going strong. I would recommend a wide sold base, easier for picking up with foot, instead of bending over. GREAT CANE FOR TALL AND HEAVIER PEOPLE. I'm 6ft6in tall and 300lbs..

A solid value
The adjustment collar doesn't screw down as on previous collapsible canes I've owned, but I've seen no indication that the cane is going to collapse during even rigorous use. The foam padding of the crook is pleasant on the heel of the hand during use. Other than that, it's a cane - at a very good price.

Difficult to make smaller.
The mechanism for lowering this cane is very difficult to manipulate. I bought it for a friend who has arthritis in her hands. The last cane like this that I bought had a screwing mechanism to lower it. This one has a tight fitting plastic band that doesn’t loosen. This makes it very hard to lower it to a smaller size for fitting in my car.
