Simple, Good-Quality Zinc Supplement!
I have been happy with these NaturesPlus Zinc tablets. The 10 mg dosage is a nice option if you do not want an excessively high-dose zinc supplement, and the tablets are easy to take. I also like that they are vegetarian and come in a 90-count bottle, which is a convenient supply for regular use. The product seems straightforward and good quality without a lot of unnecessary extras. Overall, a solid zinc supplement that I would purchase again.

Not for stopping colds, flu!
These were cheap priced, I wanted to add zinc to my supplements. These apparently are gentle on the stomach, easily absorbed and you get not too high dose of zinc. Be warned this is NOT to use for boosting immune and stopping colds. This form will not stop colds or keep you from getting too sick, you will need Zinc acetate or Zinc Gluconate in a LOZENGE form for this use. This form of zinc is used throughout the body and the immune system (helps somewhat with illnesses) and other areas. This form also is more bioavailable than zinc citrate or zinc oxide.
