Fantastic! Buy this book!
I am new to cooking with a Big Green Egg, and this book was an immediate help. The recipes are easy to follow and are not the standard BBQ recipes that make 50 servings. You can actually use the recipes to feed a family of 4 for a weeknight dinner and not have 5 lbs of meat left.

Good for beginners
The recipes weren’t my style but the book had great information about how to use this style grill.

OK book
The problem with this book is, there’s not enough pictures and it doesn’t go to much detail. I like the commando smoker and grill book better, it’s book on the right.

Excellent beginners guide for a Kamado
Interesting history and solid information about how a kamado works. Got me up and running in no time. I got the e-reader version and am extremely pleased

Life saver!
An absolute must if you get a kamoda grill. You can’t wing this like regular charcoal or gas grills and have to know what you are doing! This book tells you how to do that plus more!

Helpful book
I bought a Big Green Egg and needed help getting started with it. I ordered this book and it is very helpful with some great recipes in it. I gave it a four rating because I still have to go to Google or other books to help me with my cooking/and questions on using the BGE. It is a good informative book and I'm glad I have it.
