Helps my eyes
It’s really good. Just be careful not to microwave it for over 20 seconds as it may explode. Mine did so had to get a new one sadly

Effective
I find it most beneficial when using the heated alternative, instead of the chilled one. The chilled action does not last very long, while the microwave-heated lasts as long as ten minutes. Very relaxing

GREAT TO USE HOT OR COLD
Easy to use. I found the elastic band to hold it in place too tight, but this is easily unfastened. Do follow the instructions re how long to heat or freeze.

Dry eyes
This eye mask has proved extremely useful for my dry eyes. I use it for 10 minutes first thing every morning and find I no longer need to use eye drops.
