Not fit for purpose -appalling customer service
These chimes have no resonance so are not fit for purpose. The seller agreed to full refund via Amazon then sent an email refusing to refund postage which is the bulk of the cost. They have ignored UK retail rules which require a full refund including postage. And Amazon think they have adhered to the rules as they agreed to a refund without question. I would avoid this company. Zero quality Zero customer service.

I got these for my mother who is an avid yoga practitioner and has been looking to incorporate some of the tools and techniques used in her classes into her home life. She found these to be very easy to use right out of the box, and loved the tone. They're larger than I was expecting and the cord seems to be a good length. The metalwork looks very nice, although this isn't my area of expertise so I can't speak to the authenticity or anything like that. For casual/personal use, these seem great.
