Does this stand come with mounting brackets?

Yes it does. Find "what's in the box" heading after clicking on the "for more product description". It tells what all comes with this stand.

To spend nearly $200.00 and plan to store it outside, unless you mean an unheated building or a shed then yes store it out side. But if you meant to just leave it out in the weather then I would say don't buy it and put the $200.00 towards a shed type building, if this is the case then you need a shed more then this stand.

How long is this stand, in its folded state? Will it fit into the back of my e250 van? It has 9ft of floor space from the back door to the front cage.

Will the stand hold a Dewalt sliding miter saw as well as the chop saw?
