First of all. The customer service from MOHAJER LTD a is absolutely fantastic. I have never known any person or company respond so quickly to a message and sort a delivery concern out so quickly and so pro actively. On that basis alone I would highly recommend their seller. The matting is fit for purpose and very clever in that it comes with a profile that can be used square OR remove the edges and slots together like a jigsaw. It’s very easy to install. Also comes with some sticky pads to help adhere It is fit for purpose (installed on top of carpet to reduce noise in a room we’ve made into a little gym) The matting is comfortable and sturdy. It fulfils its purpose of protecting the floor, its just a bit finicky because it can cause ridges in the mat due to weight added to the mats. This mat is holding 2x40KG adjustable dumbbells on a stand, and the raised mat area becomes a real nuisance. After some fiddling, I ended up adding some weight to the front of it too which seems to have kept it down. Whether or not constant lifting and putting weights back onto the stand again will cause this to bend/rise again I am not sure. It's not necessarily a fault with the product, we have thick carpet and this is going on top of it without any sticky adhesive going directly onto the carpet, so, I am understanding why this is happening, it's just a bit of a nuisance. The product is of good quality and I thought the price for 4 is pretty good.

Because I have a small area to work with, I had to purchase 10 mats despite only requiring 9 of them. What I did not anticipate was the mats bring slippery against the wooden flooring once placed down. Doing Pilates, Yoga, Resistance training is fine but trying workouts like Zumba is dangerous which I soon discovered as I hurt my knee. I expected the mats to be non-slippery rubber on my wooden flooring. You are provided with 9 double-sided sticky pads - however, I have not used them as my concern is the sticky residue left behind on my wooden flooring. However, I have now found several methods to remove the residue so will now try the sticky pads and see how I get on. Putting that aside, the edge pieces are thin. This is because the edgings are a bit loose. I have a resolution for that. The mats are nice to work on as well. I will be sure to come back and let you know how I get on. Meanwhile 3* but I am hoping to change that to 5* when I return.

This is great temporary flooring (ie to bring out every time I want to do exercises and put away afterwards) and is much thicker than most exercise mats, so it's good for dumbells and hand weights. I lay it out in a straight line - most yoga mats are too short for me so this extends to 2.4 m by 60cm in a straight line which is enough room to step back and forth on shadowboxing and HIIT cardio, and nearly wide enough for press-ups. However it's definitely temporary not permanent, they start to look shabby with my level of punishment after about 6 months. Not to worry, they are so much cheaper than an expensive oversized exercise mat
