Apologies for the question - but how do you use this for dog training?

It is a retrieving dummy, you use it to get the dog to find, retrieve, or hunt to find it

how long is the 1 lb dummy? it says 10 cm but the half pound one says 10 cm as well, is this right?

The 1lb dummy is 25cm long and, approx., 7 cm diameter. I've attached a couple of pheasant wings to mine to simulate a bird.

How long should the "sealed interior" last? We've had one 3 months and today it sank to the bottom of the local pond. Harris is distraught with grief.

I’ve never used these dummy bags in water. They are washed and left to dry when they get muddy, and I have a two year old bag that’s still fine. I personally used a giant kong water toy for dogs to retrieve in water.
