O Olive California Aged Sherry Vinegar, 10.1 oz

Excellent! Highly recommend! Straight out of the bottle it is strong, but that changes drastically when added to a salad. Mild and amazingly delicious!

It's really nice! Makes a gorgeous vinergette bright and subtle fruity. Absolutely delicious with a little garlic and good olive oil.

Product is fine. Packaging was not. No bubble wrap on glass bottle in the box which was partially crushed.

Why is sherry vinegar so hard to find? My local supermarkets have 90 varieties of balsamic, but no sherry vinegar. This is a great tasting one.

I've been using traditional Spanish Sherry Vinegar for years and never had it from anywhere else. When I saw this was made in California, I wanted to try it since I always prefer to support local farmers/business. This is very good, not quite as pungent but lower acidity and toxins. Some of the Spanish Brands add bad stuff. You can use this straight on greens or I use it on a traditional bread/crouton salad. Also my favorite is a vegan "creamy" dressing by mixing sherry vinegar, veganaise, garlic/onion powder, salt and pepper or a sweet version using dijon and maple syrup.

Makes my Salad taste really good.

This makes a delicious salad dressing, with minced shallot, olive oil and mustard. I was surprised to see the ingredients on the bottle were vinegar and apricot juice

It's OK, but lacks the richness and depth of the Spanish sherry vinegars I used to buy that are no longer available or have tripled in price.
