There's a lot to like about this product and accessories. I researched *a lot* of other options and I'm glad I bought this. Let's talk about the main roller itself: the foam density is what I personally need. It's yielding enough to not cause pain, but firm enough to actually knead and massage. The pattern texture of the foam is well designed and a full rotation is very thorough: deep blunted spikes and smooth stretching areas really target my muscles. The accessories are all rather nice. I bought this because I wanted a yoga stretching strap, and for me the other accessories were just a bonus. The spike ball is useful, I use it quite frequently. The peanut has a silicone-like texture and is surprisingly nice to use, like a compressive massage. The handled roller is awesome to use as well, but it is a very hard plastic and not foam. It also does not easily fit *inside* the main foamroller storage area without serious "Tetris skills". Certainly not a dealbreaker for me but if that matters, try to put it inside first (on an angle) and pack everything around it. Now, durability: I'm well under 200lbs, and yes it does creak under my full torso weight. It doesn't sound or feel like it's going to break... but it is not a 'quiet experience'. I think the sounds are from the threads and caps being slightly compressed under my full weight. I haven't tried removing both caps before use to confirm this theory. The only other improvement to suggest for this product would be to make it a bit longer/wider and larger in diameter. I really like the storage concept and aside from it being an occassionally unquiet experience, would recommend.

Arrived on time. Sturdy product that won't break easily. Smaller items can be stored in the large roller. Feels great on the leg muscles. Worth the money.

For everything that is included in this purchase, the price is really good. I personally use the Hollow Core Massage Roller, Muscle Roller Stick, the Stretching Strap, and the Spikey Plantar Fasciitis (Foot) Ball the most and don’t find myself using the Double Lacrosse Peanut at all. The fact that everything, EXCEPT the Muscle Roller Stick, can fit inside the Hollow Core Massage Roller is super convenient; however, I do believe the hollowness to store these items takes away from the quality of the Hollow Core Massage Roller a bit (the only reason behind the 4 stars). The texture of the Hollow Core Massage Roller does not give in when weight is put on it, but it has started to make some squeaky type noises during use and I do fear that this is a warning that it could eventually cave in and break. For me, the Hollow Core Massage Roller (which I may replace with better at some point later on) does the job and the entire kit is what really makes this a great purchase.

Foam roller works great, easy to use and the inside is used as a storage compartment. Love it.

This purchase is exactly what I was looking for and it all fits in the roller tube except the long two handled massage roller. It's too long and doesn't fit inside the tube. I really like this product. Reason for lower star rating is end caps are glued in. You open each end by unscrewing the inner part of the circle end cap. My issue is one end cap came lose right after using it the first time. I've tried super glue to fix. Didn't work. I may need to use JB Weld or something. Bottom line - I shouldn't have to be fixing a new product. The tube device still does what it's supposed to regarding exercises. Just aggravating that the end pops out every time I use it. And no, I'm not super huge. I have an average build. End cap should not have come lose. The other end cap has stayed put just like it should.

This is so worth it IF YOU NEED TO CARRY AROUND to the gym or wherever. Every tools that came with the roller can be stored inside of foam roller except MUSCLE ROLLER STICK. At first, I was bit hesitant about choosing which one to buy since there are so many rollers at different price range AND this 321 STRONG was bit pricey than other brands. But, upon receiving the item, I knew I got what I pay for. Foam Roller is firm and seems durable. Other tools are also seems durable as well as foam roller. I'm not sure whether stretching strap could be useful but I'm satisfied with the items.
