I loved the way this faucet looked on the website, but you have to see it in person! Just beautiful! Everyone who sees loves it. A work of art!

The design of the faucet is very modern & aesthetically appealing. We didn’t have the hight for a taller faucet which are more in vogue. The stainless finish went perfectly with our sink. The pressure is satisfactory but our last faucet had a stronger flow. We our happy with our choice overall. Now the bad. The spray on shower mode is awful. It isn’t anywhere as useful as the faucet it replaced due to age. Adding to this poor feature is what I find the biggest fault. The shower spray requires you the push the button in the entire time rather than staying in that mode until you want to go back to the regular mode. It limits the usefulness & is quite annoying. Despite that major flaw, we still like the faucet very much. Now the biggest issue. That was dealing with Amazon regarding a small manufacturing flaw on the pull out handle. I looked the faucet over pretty well when opening the box. It appeared to be in nice condition. However, after it was installed I immediately noticed a small defect when the lighting above was on. I called Amazon customer service to report the issue. I was told that the faucet was “flagged in the system & only someone from the escalation team had to deal with the issue. I asked to speak to someone in that department. I was told that they only communicate via email. I responded to their email asking about the issue. I explained $ attached photos of the flaw. I received a response that the email address was not the one associated with my account & they needed me to send it from my other email address. I did but got the same wrong email response! I saw that I was getting the run around by Amazon. Although I asked on my emails to be called to speak to someone no one ever responded by phone. Amazon had asked me by email to return the faucet. I replied that it would entail me removing the faucet to return & installing a new one. The extra cost in plumbing was as much as the faucet! They didn’t respond nor care. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I can’t say how much time I wasted on this exercise in futility. I gave up on any assistance by Amazon & called the manufacturer. They resolved my issue immediately & most cordially. They are sending me a new pull out to replace the flawed one. I’ll never buy another plumbing product from Amazon. Terrible customer service.

Very heavy duty, pleasing to look at, well worth the money for a nice looking and functionable faucet for the kitchen.

Wanted something different than what everybody else purchases. Met this criteria.

It looks great in my refreshed kitchen. It replaces a very similar model from a different maker; this is a MUCH better design.

This is a great faucet, with slick and modern design. We are in the process of upgrading our kitchen and I love this faucet. It is also finger print and water drops resistant.

Very nice quality, very heavy and modern looking, haven't installed it yet and found it cheaper, so will be returning it for the same faucet, but for less money.
