Nick Saves the day, the week and the month. (the Box in the Images above is our Alarm system not part of the system) We have Well Water, had it tested and the results showed coliform and lead. We had been hauling water in bottles back and forth from whole foods for years. Once we got the water tested (by tap score) we began to research their recommendations. Nick assisted us with each step of the way, reviewed our test results, explained what each filter would do and why we would need the UV light. Once we received everything there were still questions regarding small details along the way and Nick never hesitated to answer our questions and take action to send us a replacement part when needed. The water feels totally different and I am not seeing weird stains that were happening in the past. So grateful for the work they are doing to assist people on the planet with clean water.

I bought this water system for my home years ago and the installation was not too difficult, and we have been enjoying bottled water taste out of our faucet ever since. Recently, I had an issue with one of the containers and contacted iSpring for assistance. Nick was quick to answer my email and called me to trouble shoot the issue. Nick immediately sent us all new replacement containers and that solved the problem, and our system has been working great ever since. Nick was beyond knowledgeable, and I cannot say enough about the customer service I received. Nick even followed up to make sure everything was working properly and offered to answer any questions that I had. It's hard to find quality customer service these days; however, iSpring and Nick are all amazing! You will not be disappointed in the product or customer service!

I must the filters work great on this product my water taste has improved greatly. For me the install was ok. Construction wise for the price they could have done better the black plate used to mount this to the wall is weak for me I think they could have made a more solid aluminum wall plate. The canisters with the filters and water do have some weight once you put water in the system and also I wish the canisters had a drain plug so when you have to change the filter you can drain the water out of them. If it wasn't for those two things I would say 5 stars all around.

I cannot express how impressed I am with how this whole house filtration system is working in my house right now. My water from the faucet is finally drinkable, my clothes no longer have a strange smell after being washed, and my skin actually feels cleaner after bathing. The set up for this filtration system was super easy and took me less than an hour from the moment the package was opened to final tightening before turning the water on. The one "issue" we had was one of our filters didn't arrive with the housing, but one email to the company and less than twelve hours the filter was shipped out.

According to my plumber who installed this to my well tank, this is a very well made system.

There was an issue with the Amazon order (I received a returned item) but Nick @ iSpring got everything taken care of. I am impressed to say the least. The customer service with iSpring is top notch! It is refreshing to come across a manufacturer based here in the US with traditional customer service also based in the US. What a concept!?

I originally rated this at 5 stars. Downgrading to 2 stars based on the fact the inlet and outlet threads leak. I tried Teflon tape, rector seal, etc. Nothing with stop the poor quality plastic threads from leaking. Also, the bracket for the filters is flimsy and rocks back and forth. I had to fabricate brackets to keep it stable. Originally, I was ready to recommend this unit and now I cannot. Do not buy. I am actually debating pulling the unit out entirely.
