I thought for the price this may be not as good as my last beloved pillow, but after one night sleep my neck pain was gone. It could be a little high for some people, but it seems to fit perfectly for me.

I have bought so many pillows, but this one provides support for my arthritic neck. This is also the preferred pillow for my daughter who had a traumatic neck injury. Its firm, but not too firm. The cutout area keeps it in place through the night and helps keep my neck from getting kinked in the night. We had one in the house and fought over it. The only thing I didn't like was that it had a weird smell at first, that went away.
