As advertised, worked perfectly for my exercise routine
Needed some carpet sliders for my morning exercise routine. These work perfectly for my mountain climbers and body saw planks. Highly recommend!

Hace más de un año que los tengo.
Compré estos slider para ejercicios y de ellos te puedo decir que tiene una presentación colorida además de ser de buen material y también. Puedes usarlos en carpeta como en plank o losas. Cumple con su objetivo.

Good Purchase
Makes doing core exercises easier to glide through and a bit more fun. Great quality for the price.

Affordable sliders, quality is OK
I bought these as a cheaper alternative to Valslide discs ($29.95). They work perfectly for pretty much any exercise you can perform on a pilates reformer (plank progressions, pikes, lunges, etc.) and even an ab wheel (mainly rollouts). It's great that they're double-sided; The fabric side works on both my hardwood floors and EVA foam exercise mat. HOWEVER, I don't use these as often as I had planned to because they catch friction and don't slide effortlessly. Also, considering I haven't used these that much, the fabric is starting to peel off (I am petite, this shouldn't happen). I will probably have to reglue it on if I want to use it more regularly. I glanced at other reviews and other people are having this same problem. All in all, these are fine if you're on a budget or need the fabric side for hard floors. Looking back though, I'd probably buy something else or just get Valslides.
