Bought these to use on bushes and low tree branches in-between lawnmower visits. My husband was not interested in trimming back the low branches. I needed a light weight cutter, easy for me as a 5"2' 100 pound female. I found these shears were very easy to manipulate and got the job done easily and quickly. They work well, yard looks so much better.. great for trimming the smaller bushes. Definitely would buy again..well made..sturdy. Easy to hang on hook on wall.

These shears are very well made. The cutting blades are 9 inches long and they are made of solid steel. The pivot can be tightened with a wrench and the closing stop underneath has a steel on steel contact so it’s built to last. The handles can be lengthened 6 inches by lifting the plastic side pieces and sliding them down. If these shears are going to “blow up” this is where it will happen ( no slide…no worry ). The grips are made of durable rubber and they are comfortable. There is a hole 3 inches down on one of the cutting blades so that you can hang them from a nail. These are heavy duty…not light in any way. ( I have a pair of Fiskars branch loppers of similar size that have lasted 20 years and they’re still going strong. )

These hedge shears are great!!! Well made and cut easy. I’m older so they feel just a tad heavy but I like them and enjoy good workmanship! Highly recommend… good price for such good quality!!

I am an older lady and needed something easy to use to trim hedges and branches. I couldn't wait to use them. They are a "bit" heavy when your using them for a while, but that's ok. I was able to trim my bushes and cut GOOD size branches with no issues. The adjustable handles are so easy to adjust and I would recommend these hands down.

These clippers seem pretty well built and sturdy. The performed pretty well when I used them on a rose bush. The bent blade made it seem like proper ergonomics would be subconsciously employed for hedge trimming. The half inch stalks took an extra chop to get though. I ordered the adjustable handled set, and was sent the non-adjustable. I was able to get the right ones sent without issue.

Okay, very surprised of the quality at this price-point for these shears. I would expect to pay much more at a hardware store for these. They cut very nicely into sizable bush limbs. They are somewhat on the heavy side as compared to cheaper models of shears. For an elderly person, perhaps Fiskars has a lighter version so that your arms don't get tired from usage. They extend in length. The pics that I have attached show non-extended and extended. Very good purchase!

These hedge cutters are the perfect size for my gardening needs. They are sturdy, sharp and cut well. The handles have cushioned grips which are nice. The blades are close together so you get a nice clean cut so you don't damage your trees or shrubs.

This is a tough set of clippers. Handled the thickest branches I needed down with ease. It will need sharpening occasionally just like any blade does

me encantó este producto, aunque un poco pesadas, la tijera rebasó mis espectativas, tienen buen filo y logran cortar ramas gruesas (aplicando un poco más de presión) su cuchilla adientada es ideal para aprensar las ramas gruesas (para que se den una idea en las fotos se puede ver el grosor) y la extensión extra de sus brazos ayudan a alcanzar ramas las altas, a la hora de cortar no se siente el rebote de la fuerza que aplicas, lo único malo es que el carton del empaque llego muy maltratado, PERO de ahí en fuera, en verdad las recomiendo, no me arrepiento de mi compra.

Blades are all rusty and bent after 2 months of casual use. Feels cheap, not heavy duty.
