Muy bueno porque tiene vitamina e es bueno este no tiene muchos 1000 mg de vitamina e que se porque sea más alta pero yo no tenía mucho dinero en este momento y la cogí de esto que son poquitos miligramos para mí, pero me la bebo diaria y tiene selenium que me ayuda con manejar el estrés, para ver si puedo volver a poner mis tiroides anormalidad

So I love taking supplements, its sort of a hobby for me. Now, in the last year Ive been experiencing with new supplements and this was one of them. Even with everything I take, I've always had dandruff. All of a sudden about a year ago my dandruff was gone. I even did an international trip and it came back while I was gone for a month. As soon as I came home and started my supplements it went away. The problem was that I took so many it was hard to narrow down. But, at last, the bottle was introduced, and within 24 hours my dandruff has cleared up. Ive never had anything work this fast and so well. It was over night! And one big test is when I dye my hair, it usually flares my drandruff up to the next level. I have no issues when Im on this supplement. Im wondering if it has something to do with not only the Vitamin E and Selenium combination, but with the fact that its selenium YEAST. The only other thing I got that helped me years ago was a bottle of 2% selenium sulfide that I borrowed from my ex but that has to be prescribed so I've never used it since. This is dirty cheap and super effective.
