What are the correct dimensions? I see 10.7 x 10.7 x 3.3 inches in every other website, but amazon shows it as 21.5 x 12.5 x 12.5 inches

I purchased this as a gift and it is not in my possession, but as I remember it, the 10.7 X 10.7 X 3.3 inches would be close to the correct size, I know it was not 21.5 inches.

Can we replace one piece? Our puppy ate Bowser :(
