Great cookies.
I bought these cookies because they stay soft after baking. I didn't want so many but I ended up dividing them into smaller batches. They are great to give to friends unbaked. No hassle just bake.

Arrived and Satisfied!
These cookies arrived in perfectly frozen condition and when baked, were delicious! For the past 30+ years, I have been baking Schwans (a.k.a. Yellow) chocolate chip cookies for my students who attend extracurricular activities and after school clubs, and was extremely disappointed when they decided to close all of their operations. So onto the internet I went and gave these cookies a try. Although they are different that the one's my students are used to, every one of them gave these cookies a firm thumbs up! I highly recommend these cookies as well as the seller, as they carefully and successfully packaged to arrive in perfect condition.

Yummy!!!
My box of frozen Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Dough came in a styrofoam cooler with dry ice. The cookie "pucks" as I like to call them, were frozen solid, individually (a few are stuck together, you can see the one in the photo in the middle is actually 2). I IMMEDIATELY cooked seven or eight of them at 325 for about 18-20 minutes (preheated) on parchment paper (my newly discovered FAVORITE, WAY better than foil). The cookies were perfect! Just as delicious as I remember them, 42 years ago, when I worked at a candy store that sold freshly cooked Otis Spunkmeyer cookies, popcorn, chocolate dipped bananas, and ice cream bars, in addition to the candy. I recommend the chocolate chip (which I can find at Smart and Final), the Oatmeal Raisin, and the Peanut Butter. I think we may have also cooked the sugar cookies, but it has been too long to remember.

Waste of Money
I should have listened to my first mind and the other 1 star ratings. Immediately after getting the cookies they were placed in my freezer. In order to preserve them I placed them in double bagged freezer bags. Still they were horrible. The first batch out the box was terrible and it went down hill from there. In 2 weeks the cookies wouldn’t even rise when cooked 😞 The seller took awhile to respond and I missed the 30 A-Z guarantee deadline - so of course the seller didn’t stand behind their product either. Wasted money and thrown in the trash

Otis Spunkmeyer Chocolate Chip cookie pucks
Otis Spunkmeyer Chocolate Chip cookie pucks taste as amazing as they didn’t in High School!!! I live in Reno, Nevada near Lake Tahoe at 5,180 ft. elevation. I bake them at 325 degrees for 15-15-1/2 minutes on an air cookie sheet with parchment paper. Plop 12 on and when they’re done I leave them on the cookie sheet to cool, they will peel off the parchment paper but let them cool because they are really puffy. You can even use the parchment paper to help store them in a cookie container. These pucks are so awesome no prep and no cleanup and 320 Otis Spunkmeyer cookie pucks for $111.52 I feel is worth it. They shipped in a huge styrofoam container that had dry ice in it. The box inside was a little wet when it arrived via UPS. Will 100% buy again when I’m finally out!!! 😁👍🏼

Unless you got 125.00 to spare
The packaging looks legit but the taste is just not there for me compared to the ones they used to serve at high school that were the same brand. Then again, I could be wrong. Everyone’s taste is different the kids like’em though. I’d recommend 325 for 15 minutes as shown in the photo those were for 17 minutes they came out crispy but not burnt very close though. they don’t taste bad just not amazing like I used to remember, maybe I’m getting old I don’t know. To me, they lacked a little more flavor, they were chewy in the center though. Also, I put mines in Ziploc bags because the bag it comes in is opened not sealed. so in my opinion, I’d say if you have 125.00 lying around, I’d say go for it. If not, I would not buy these due to the price mainly, as well as the fact that they the roughly about the size of a baby carrot when cooked sorry I didn’t have anything else to compare it with lol 😂. Or if you have that craving for these, then you could buy them and then sell them for like two for a dollar to alleviate the cost. As for me, I’m not gonna buy them again. Oh, and before I forget, I could not for the life of me find expiration date on this package, so I’m gonna assume there’s about a year for them to go bad. Also when you reheat them in the microwave the still go back to they’re chewy state which is a plus.

Product had NO dry ice.
Product was fine. It was a good thing I was home because cookies were already getting soft. NO dry ice.
