I saw that this tea had great reviews and it was cheaply priced so I thought I'd give it a try but it is the worst tea I've ever had next to a tea that appeared to simply be dried grass trimmings. There is definitely something inside the tea bags but that something has no flavor whatsoever. I gave them to a friend thinking maybe I was missing something but she said the same thing. The tea didn't even change the color of the water. Perhaps I got a bad batch or a very expired product by mistake but whatever the case it was an awful waste of $. I wouldn't take the risk on buying this product.

My doctor recently advised me to give up mint teas (even herbals) because they increased my acid reflux. Never heard of this tea but bought. Let's just say I changed my subscription to once a month and bought 4 more boxes because my one box will not last until my subscription begins. I love that the ginger is present but not heavy. It doesn't irritate my acid reflux and actually keeps my tummy calm. The fact it is seriously cheap, makes me a serious purchaser.

This tea has a good ginger flavor but overall is nothing special. The small-ish bags have a string with paper tab. I like a strong flavor, so usually I keep the bag in my cup while I am drinking the tea rather than just doing a short steep. These tea bags are small, so when I want a stronger ginger flavor or use a cup larger than 14 oz, I have to add an additional bag. While I like this tea, I think in the future I will buy locally at an international grocery store to get tea at a lower price and probably get bags with more ginger so that I can make strong tea with just one bag. That is what I usually do, but I thought I'd give this brand a try. The box came a bit smooshed since it was shipped only in a packing envelope, but no real damage done.

I've been using the Instant Ginger - pour out crystals and stir - for many years. It is nice strong ginger with VERY little sugar. The 24x Ginger tea bag verion here is currently - incorrectly - listed as "Instant Ginger". Hopefully they fix this as it is probably confusing to those who have not purchased. Surprisingly the tea bag version was equally strong! I've tried Stash and Celestial Seasonings and they did not compare. What's really nice is to leave the tea bag in your mug and refill it with hot water, GENTLY squeeze the bag and it will release a 2nd blast of strong ginger. It's like getting 2 for 1.

I use this tea to aid my digestion. I use two teabags in a large cup. I pour boiling water onto the tea bags and let it sit several minutes, probably 15 minutes or more. Then I carefully use my spoon to repeatedly press the water from the teabag while it is in the cup of water. This action forces the water through the contents of the teabag and causes the flavor to be made much stronger. The flavor is unique and has a remembrance of black pepper. This is one of my favorite teas!
